On behalf of Ottawa Indo-Canadians, It was an honor to WELCOME His Excellency, the High Commissioner of India, Deputy Ministers from the Government of Canada, representatives from 20+ Indo-Canadian organizations, and our vibrant community members as we celebrated the 78th Independence Day of India in evening of August 15, 2024, hosted by OICA (Ottawa Indo-Canadians) and AICO (Alliance of Indo-Canadians Organization). In my President speech, I emphasized the strength of our unity and the importance of preserving our rich cultural heritage. The evening concluded with a wonderful community dinner, where we continued to foster connections and celebrate our shared values. Thanks to all community Organizations and Community Members.
